With several providers, warehouse features and returns depend on the plan – for example pick & pack only from a higher plan or a returns module at extra cost. The finder chooses the plan that covers both and includes add-ons in the price.

Frequently asked questions

Which multichannel software has a returns module?

According to the providers, Colly.io (included from Pro, €29 on Starter), JTL-Wawi, plentyONE and Xentral (returns portal from Business) offer returns features. Billbee mentions returns, but the process is not described.
