What does it cost to use Softwarekompass?
Nothing. The comparison is free and can be used without registration.
Where do the prices come from?
From the providers' official pricing pages. Where this wasn't possible (currently the Billbee price scale), we explicitly name the third-party source. The check date is shown in the provider profile.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. All prices are net prices per month plus VAT, as stated by the providers for business customers.
Why do some providers show “from” or a range?
Because the provider doesn't publish all price components – such as the price for additional orders or a revenue surcharge. Instead of inventing an amount, we show the safe minimum price or the range between two published prices.
What does “not documented” mean?
The provider doesn't mention the feature or channel on its website. That doesn't mean it's missing. For requirements, we mark such points as open so you can clarify them with the provider.
What is the difference between requirements and preferences?
Everything you select is a requirement and determines the fit: if something is demonstrably missing, we show it as a gap. Preferences from your priority only affect the order among equally suitable providers.
Does Softwarekompass earn money from the recommendations?
For some providers we receive a commission if a contract is concluded via a partner link. This has no influence on how the ranking is calculated. Highlighted placements are labelled as “Ad”.

Yes. The platform is designed for many more providers. Let us know which provider is missing.
