Excel template: IMEI and serial number list
For sellers of used smartphones, tablets and consoles: document every device with its IMEI or serial number from purchase to sale – including checks for duplicate numbers and days in stock.

Receipt date, manufacturer, model, storage, colour, IMEI/serial number, condition, purchase price, purchased from, purchase receipt, taxation, sale – status, days in stock and check are calculated.

In three steps

- Add date, channel and price when it sells

Frequently asked questions
Does the template check whether an IMEI is valid?
It checks whether the number consists of exactly 15 digits and whether it occurs twice. It doesn't verify the check digit (Luhn algorithm).
Does the list help with the margin scheme?
Yes. Purchase, purchase receipt and purchase price per device are the basis for the records required by § 25a(6) UStG. The tax itself is calculated by the margin scheme template.
